Note: As indicated by the publication date of the book, all hypotheses listed below are based on remote-viewing data collected years before any confirmatory data from traditional sources (if any) were available.

CE1. There currently is a war or dispute of some kind between various Extraterrestrial species. For the purposes of these hypotheses, we shall call this the "ET Conflict."

CE2. The aggressor species in the ET Conflict appears to be one that has some reptilian genetic characteristics. For lack of a better term, this species shall be called the "Reptilians."

CE3. The aggressor Reptilian species appears to be an off-shoot population from a larger and more peaceful Reptilian population that is not involved in the current ET Conflict.

CE4. The extraterrestrial species known as the "Greys" are opposed to the actions of the Reptilian aggressors.

CE5. Some form of galactic regulation prohibits direct extraterrestrial intervention in human affairs unless humans allow this.

CE6. The Reptilians are covertly attempting to influence human national leaderships such that this leadership will side with the Reptilians to allow direct intervention by the Reptilians in human affairs.

CE7. The Reptilian plan is to disrupt human affairs covertly through the spread of terrorism such that human leaders will agree to receive Reptilian assistance in combating that terrorism. The terrorism may include large-scale destruction that could threaten the continuity of the world economy.

CE8. Alternate timelines (i.e., futures) are possible, and a future under Reptilian influence leads to better management of Earth's environment combined with severe and long-term human repression.

CE9. In an alternate future in which humans reject Reptilian influence, humans destroy much of the Earth's environment. But humans eventually ask for and receive help from non-Reptilian extraterrestrial species (predominantly the Greys) to rebuild the environment.

CE10. The Greys will not act to prevent Reptilian intervention in human affairs unless humans collectively request this.
